1:  the capability of a strained body to recover its size and shape after deformation caused especially by compressive stress
2:  an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change

Content:

    ⁃    A brief look at the anatomy and function of the elastic connective tissue body, and how qualities of resilience helps us in everyday life. 

    ⁃    An exploration how to implement elastic movement qualities in yoga in the purpose to improve resilience in the fascial body. 

    ⁃    Resilience of the mind: The practice of shifting attention from the HEAD into the HEART and the GUT as a foundation of improving resilience of the mind.
