Welcome to join this Yoga Experience in the Magical Island of Menorca. During one week we practice with the intension to explore how to truly Inhabit the Body and improve the Bodys Intelligence in Movement. To help us explore this we use the Virya Yoga Method and the different spectras of Somatic Meditation. At the same time, we explore Menorcas beauty and History through different Excursions around the Island, as well as the charm of Ciutadella de Menorca. This week we have the honor to have retreat chef and body-mind nutrition coach Jennifer with us that will be serving us delicious locally produced plant based meals. During the week Jennifer will also offer her services as a Mind Body Nutrition Coach.



Somatic Meditation as a tool to inhabit the Body and explore the Idea of how our Spiritual Essence is expressed within the Body.

  • Improve your Intelligence in Movement and develop your full Movement Potential with explorative mindful movement.

  • Improve Joint Mobility and Movement Control from a Sport Science-Based Approach. Main focus: Vrist and Ankle mobility, Scoulder Girdle coordination, Hip Control and Spine segmentation.

  • Move with Integrity and coordinate the body as a unit.

  • Embodied Spiritual Themes where we explore and attune to the different stages of Heartfelt Surrender based on Matt Kahns work.

During the week we will be staying at our home and life project Poblado Corazon located on the rural countryside just 2 km outside of Ciutadella de Menorca. The house has 5 bedrooms accommodating 10 people in total. Each room with its own bathroom. Around the house is a vast garden with lots of different elements, a variety of fruit trees and spots for relaxation including the house pool. The yoga shala is a separate building in the center of the garden. Ciutadella is only at 25 min walking distance or 10 min by bike.



  • 11 classes ( 25 h in total).

  • First class Sunday the 23rd of September at 7.45 am. Arrival on Saturday the 22nd of September in the evening.

  • Last class on Friday the 27th of September at 5.30 pm. Departure on Saturday the 28th in the morning.

  • 7 nights in a shared or private bedroom.

  • Every day a Hearty Breakfast, Afternoon Snack and a Dinner buffet.

About our chef Jennifer

Jen is a London born, Barcelona based certified Transformational Eating Coach and Plant Based Retreat Chef. A huge fan of eating the rainbow, Jen’s food is energising, inviting and leans towards ideals of kilometre zero and strictly seasonal harvests. She’s a big fan of the power of raw foods and enjoys creating raw cakes, soups, salads, power bowls and bliss balls that pack a real flavour punch and prove that plant-based eating is anything but boring.

Having trained with the Institute of Psychology of Eating based in Boulder, Colorado, Jen also coaches individuals across Europe in person and online to heal their relationship with food, dieting and body image. Taking a holistic, compassionate and collaborative approach to each client’s story, Jen helps individuals directly understand and overcome limiting dietary habits or unhelpful behaviours to empower their food choices and truly learn the art of nourishment.

Blending practical mindfulness techniques, guided mirror work, journalling, nutritional science and her signature style of compassionate enquiry, Jen’s coaching gets to the heart of anything from chronic dieting to sugar addictions, perfectionistic eating to body dysmorphia. Legend tells that the winds of Menorca modify the personality of people. Maybe that is the reason why those who came here once as tourists mostly return.

Menorca certainly has a very strong personality, and a very different one to the rest of the islands. Menorca, the "minor" island, as it was called by Romans, has an almost virginal interior (compared for instance to the "major" island, Mallorca) and shows interesting remains of its old history. 

On the other hand, there are beaches and lonely bays around it at a length of 216 kilometers. An ideal resort for all those who are looking for true relaxation.


I did my first real yoga retreat with Robin in Menorca, it was a perfect experience for body and soul. Robins yoga practices are heaven for the body and his way to teach is extremely pleasant.
I returned home feeling taller, stronger and more down to earth than ever. I can only recommend his yoga to everybody.

Robin is a wonderful yoga teacher with great knowledge and understanding of the body and movement. He was attentive to the group and adjusting the program if needed, both the classes and the extra activities.

Minorca is beautiful and the perfect place for a retreat with not too many tourists during that time of year (September). The house had everything you could ask for, with a swimming-pool and only a short walk into the beautiful town of Ciutadella and the beach there. The food was amazing, with three home cooked meals every day and always fruit and nuts available.

I recommend this retreat to anyone who wants to take a break from their busy lives and explore the body and mind together with other like minded people, in a beautiful setting and with a wonderful warm-hearted yoga teacher and host.
