The Movement Rituals released in this online class series are designed to help you establish a regular and sustainable movement practice. Each class is around 30-45 minutes long with a specific physical theme. We explore dynamic mindful transitions with the intention of cultivating body awareness, integrity and joint health. The classes are for both beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
